Volvo Electric Buses: Advancing Sustainable Public Transport with Lantech Ethernet Switches

Volvo Electric Buses are taking a significant step towards large-scale electrified public transport to assist cities in their transformation into zero-emission, noise-free urban environments. Volvo electric buses use Lantech Ethernet switches in an innovative onboard project, interfacing with cameras and passenger counting devices. These ITXPT-certified switches provide inventory services and other management features, such as DHCP and IGMP, to enhance onboard network operation and maintenance.
